I was hoping to shower this post with compliments on the elegantly gowned starlets who've descended upon the South of France for the CANNES Film Festival over the next 12 days. But after seeing too many offensive photos of Eva Longoria (who on earth invited HER?) at the festival, I couldn't help but use most of them for my next WHAT THE?? fashion disaster post!
