Seeing Green

Happy Monday! I woke up this morning bathed in sunshine and dreaming about the color green. Freud would most definitely have had something to say about this, but I always prefer to take my analysis through the fashion route. Of course I was dreaming in green because of this gem of a dress I saw on Viktor & Rolf's Spring runway. The silk chiffon neck tie dress is flirty and gorgeous, and it's available on Shopbop.com. Of course it's also slightly out of my blogging budget so I will calmly set it aside on my wish list (which has now reached ridiculous new lengths)...

Good Monday Morning! Despite a very sluggish start to the day I still have just enough energy to share with you my current obsession for Spring/Summer which is, without a doubt, a gorgeous yummy pair of bright colored skinny jeans. Much like delicious and addictive candies, I cannot get enough of them. Basically every retailer (who is smart and trend aware) is stocking pairs of lemon yellow, kelly and mint green, bright blue, coral red, and citrusy orange jeans which you can pair with just about anything in your wardrobe that is in need of some brightening up...x

Happy Weekend!

My mind has been creatively wandering all week, from a variety of topics such as the weather to the latest fashion trends, the fact that I need a new concealer to the fact that NYC is getting eerily humid already and it's only April! But more importantly I've been thinking about how grateful I am to have a Birthday today because in fact I've never felt younger! Selfridges & Co. Shoe Salon Featuring Christian Louboutin

As any fashionista already knows, when in London one does not pass up an opportunity to visit the designer haven Selfridges & Co. Particularly not to be missed is the still novel Shoe Salon on the second floor which comes equipped with both a Chanel and a Christian Louboutin boutique. In fact I made a beeline for the velvet and flower outfitted Louboutin space and basically spent the next twenty minutes drooling over leather and spikes.

London Here I Come : Mulberry Spring/Summer 2012

Hello my beloved readers!! Please excuse my gaping absence this last week, I've been away for the Passover/Easter holidays and I am now en route to London!! I can't wait to hear Brit speak again, inhale the English countryside, and pop in and out of the Underground.
