Letter writing and stationery have all but been buried alive along with relics like CD players and the original 5GB iPod. It's a shame really because some of the most spiteful and romantic words ever were once written upon sheets and sheets of pretty patterned paper. One man who still believes in the art of letter writing is none other than Lanvin's superstar designer Alber Elbaz....
