Little Miss Chic in Cosmopolitan UK
Cosmopolitan UK's September issue has a fabulous spread with Canadian model Kim Cloutier. I am loving the colorful wardrobe background, like a cozy little fashion room I'd want to spend the rest of the day in! Plus I'm in love with the red tights, I keep on promising myself a pair for the winter and it will happen!!
