Milani makeup is great! It's pigmented, good quality and all at a drugstore price... I wish they sold it here in Canada, but I can only get it when I go down to the States.

I am personally a big fan of Milani cosmetics. Why? For a few reasons:
a) They are affordable, which rocks in an economy like the one we have right now.
b)The quality is fabulous, esp. for the price. I compare some of their products to department store brands.
c) They have a great range of products that compliment different skintones & skin types, so all women are sure to find a suitable shade for eyes,lips or face.
d) They are easy to find and I go to the local CVS to buy mine, and when they are running a good sale, that is even better!
Hope that helps, and if you haven't gotten to try this brand yet- give them a try! I am a big fan of their eyebrow pencils w/ the sharpener lid (in taupe)

Milani makes the most WONDERFUL eyeliner - it stays sharpened, scrolls up/down and lasts a really long time! Also - the price is so resonable you won't believe it - LOVE it!
